Bio

Tali Azerad is a Los Angeles-based voice teacher,  singer, composer, and multilingual teaching artist with over 25 years of performance and teaching experience. 

Tali earned her BFA in Vocal Performance from the Herb Alpert School of Music at CalArts and is currently a graduate student studying Vocal Pedagogy in commercial styles of singing at Shenandoah University. She has continued her training through the Contemporary Commercial Music Voice Pedagogy Institute, as well as with respected instructors including Lisa Popeil (Voiceworks Teacher Training) and Philippe Hall (Vocal Intensives). She has also completed additional training with Full Voice Music, with a focus on healthy, age-appropriate vocal technique and helping young singers build confidence, ease, and strong foundational skills.

 

She has performed across genres from Jazz, French Chanson, Brazilian, and Cabaret, to Soul, Reggae, Blues, and Rock—and brings this breadth of experience into her teaching. Tali works with singers of all ages, from young children to adults, offering a holistic approach that combines breath, body, and musicality.
